A beautiful, sustainable, new part of Oxford
Oxford is a wonderful, historic city that continues to offer significant employment and economic opportunities.
However, there is a well-documented housing shortage locally and nationally.
Our challenge is to provide the homes required within a calm, green place that links seamlessly into the city, surrounding neighbourhoods and beyond. It must be developed carefully, in phases, with shops, parks, walkways, bus routes and much more in place long before all those houses are built.
Making that possible doesn’t begin with roads or bricks, pipes or cables, or, in fact, with any tangible materials. It starts with a vision and approach that put people first.
